Cancellation Policy

We require £10 deposit for every nail treatment booked. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your final bill and is non refundable. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. However, should you wish to reschedule your appointment you are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notification.
